Hope you guys doing well.

just a quick question on behalf of my friend. He is currently on Tier 1 (Ent) visa 50k. When he got visa, the requirement was the level of your Role in company should not be less than Level 4. And now he wanted to start another business as well. and this new business his role will be not level 4 and it will be level 3. I told him that you can do any business now.(Correct me if i am wrong) But he want to confirm this thing with HO.

So, kindly can you share e-mail address through which he can write to HO. the e-mail was on board but unfortunately i could not find it.

There are no restrictions on levels once the visa is granted

He is only required to be the Director and owner of his own business and this will be in the Current Appointment Register from companies house
