mn1 new service - travel documents?

Post by tier2childquestion » Sat Nov 10, 2018 9:10 am

Did anyone use the new service "sopra steria"?

It is a bit confusing that in some places it is mentioned that the travel documents (passport and BRP) would be returned in the service appointment after verification, but whether this is true in case of appointments in Libraries as well or only in core center?

I hope when I upload documents in their website, and take them for verification to a service point with a basic appointment (no document scanning, etc) - they would still verify and return the original documents? Does anyone who have used or know more information confirm please.

Hi

If you have used the new system, were you offered a choice to have a premium appointment - or is it still the standard 6 months for Naturalisation?

I don't think a lot of people have used the new system yet

Thanks

I think the "premium" offer provided by the new service does not mean the six months SLA has been abolished - there is no fast track for naturalisation (it's not an immigration application).
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
