Applying for Tier 2

Hi ,

I am tier 4 masters student I would like to know without getting the degree am I eligible to transfer to tier 2 . I complete my course on jan 18 2019 .My visa expires on jan 30th 2019 .My results and certificate will be declared and received in Feb 2019 ?

what documents does immigration required to prove that I finished my course . Do they accept it without the certificate?

Please guide me I am confused regarding the tier 2 transfer .
