Hi All,I am really desperate to get opinion and please share your experiences.
I am asked by my previous sponsor to serve 8 weeks notice(until 20/12/18 as this is when my old CoS/visa expires) and new sponsor(visa issued 25/10/18) has delayed the start date(12/11/18 originally) by 8 weeks.
According to new updated sponsor rules 01/18 sponsor can only delay start by 28 days only and this will be counted towards period of absence from uk towards continuity of leave to remain(still within 180 days).
Could someone please share their experience if they gone through similar experience and if this will impact my ILR in 2.5 years and is it ok if I travel out of UK(2weeks) during this notice period
Please please any opinion past experiences.
