Ilr dependant application

Hi ,
i got my ILR recently and im planning to bring my husband . Could someone help me out by letting me know what all documents exactly needed for it.
1Does he need to write IELTS?
2 how much fund i should have ?
3 How much it cost for ilr dependent application?
4 What are all the documents needed

3 How much it cost for ilr dependent application? There is no category 'ILR dependent'. Your husband will be applying for a Spouse Settlement visa. The visa fee is currently £1,523 + £600 NHS surcharge. The surcharge is expected to be increased to £1200 sometime later this year.
