WP Visa EC Requirements from Pakistan?

Hello all,
I am starting another thread to discuss experience related to subject.

I have got WP for five years, now need to apply for EC from Karachi, can any one share experince what documents to submit?

Regarding evidence of accommodation in UK my employer has said they will provide initial accommodation till I got settled, I have got an e-mail stating this, will that be acceptable as an evidence ?

Moreover, what points to be taken care of?
