TIER 2 to ILR

hi,

i am currently working in UK on tier 2 general soc code is 2123 while my application was granted.
Its still the same.

my Question am i eligible to apply for ilr after 5 years if at present my salary is 33150 and my category is under shortage occupation list as same was mentioned in my visa application form.

Any prompt reply will be highly appreciated.

Yes you can. If you job is in shortage or WAS in shortage when you have got your Tier 2, you can apply ILR without meeting their salary threshold.
