Hello!
Me and my fiance are to be married in January in Brazil, and will apply for the spouse visa aftewards.
A little of our story...
We met in Brazil where we worked together, since we was under a turist visa he had to go back to the UK for a couple of months and then returned to Brazil in Sep 2016, we decided to live together we he came back, and so in order to avoid constant travelling back to the UK we decided to have a stable union marriage, this way, he would be granted 10 years under a partner visa in Brazil and we could be together.
A year after that, I decided to go to Dublin to study, and since we were going to have a long distance relationship for over 4 months we decided to get the stable union annuled in case things went wrong between us.
During my time in Ireland I've been visiting him every month and every opportunity I had, and I recently finished my course in Dublin and moved in with my fiance in England, we've been living together again for a month now.
My worries:
Will the fact that we had a stable union before affect on my application since we had it annuled and now will be in a civil marriage again?
When we lived together, all documents and bills were posted to us on my name, we maybe have a bank statement on his name, although we had separate accounts, does it help to prove we lived together if he has things posted under is name to the same address?
We talked often over the phone during my time in Dublin, does it help to prove we're in a legitimate relationship?
We'll be back to Brazil in January to get married, how long afterour marriege do we have to wait for us to make an application?
Thanks a lot in advance for any advice you guys can provide me with
