Just wanted to updated everyone.
My Legal Rep. received an email an hour ago, my application has been granted.
My timeline:
Online application: 17th Dec
Uploaded docs: 23rd Dec
Appointment: 24th Dec (same as Allyf just 2 hours later)
Decision: 27th Dec (26 hours after submission)
Thank you all, especially Allyf for the help.
well there you go, Christmas Eve scores another goal. If you applied a month ago on Nov 28th, you have 20% chance of having got a response. If you had appointment 3 days ago - 100% success rate. Logic flies out of the window.

I feel sorry for those who are waiting for weeks as mentioned this morning prior to my decision.
Someone made a good point few days ago, that maybe they are quickly processing new ones as to avoid the statistics of late decisions to increase as the ones already delayed don't affect their stats now.
I hope everyone who paid for super priority get their decision asap and also full refund for the misery

Yesterday my mp forwarded an email to me where Home office did actually come back to him saying that my application was still under consideration and that a decision will be made as soon as possible and in the meantime i can apply for full refund of the extra money i paid for the super priority service. after this email yesterday, I received an email directly from the home office this morning basically repeating the same thing i received from my mp.
I hope it’s a sign things have started moving in my case! I’m definitely claiming for a refund. Does anyone know how and where do i do that?
Thanks
Were you told how to apply for a full refund of the extra 600?

I really hope those who applied before us with no response receive some explanation to this circus! As happy as I am, it’s certainly not fair! Staying positive for all the others...

I paid for a lawyer to review my application for completeness and she helped me write my cover letter to summarize why I was applying, how I met my husband, my previous dealings with the HO and a list of documents provided. I had a few address changes in the 2 years and had to explain the reason in the cover letter. I wouldn’t have thought of adding a cover letter initially however the lawyer recommended and was worth the cost of her legal fees as the rest of my application was quite straightforward. And your recommendation of the consent for verification helped too as I didn’t include it in my package until you said something !! So thank you!
Best of luck Mizer and keep us posted. When is your appointment?

Hi all,
I have been following the thread for sometime and I was about to post what fauji74 just posted.
Applied mid - december for ILR under tier 2 route (Super priority) and have escalated once - no emails or any communication so far.
Also, any idea what's the status of right to work and stay once the current visa runs out.
Thanks.
Apologies for posting this again.
Any thoughts on the right to work/stay whilst the application in under consideration?
Thanks

As has been answered 100s of times on the forum, if you submitted an application in time and your current visa expires while it is in process, your existing visa conditions continue under Section 3C of the immigration rules. So in your case, you can continue working for your Tier 2 sponsor.

Good Moderator and Friends,
Am filling my Set O application form online and am
CONFUSED at this question.
Have you had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
My second tier 2 dependent visa was issued APRIL15 2016 and to expire JANUARY 20 2019 .And I have travelled out of united kingdom twice after JANUARY 11 2018.
That is March12 to April 2 2018 AND October 4 to October 18 2018.
MY QUESTION IS THAT SHOULD I TICK YES AND LIST MY 2 TRAVELLS OR TICK NO SINCE MY 2ND TIER 2 VISA WAS ISSUED BEFORE JANUARY 11 2018.I AM SO CONFUSED PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
THANKS
This topic is for new system experience ONLY and NOT for visa application questions. Please start your own topic in the ILR sub forum with your ILR application questions.

There used to be a timeline thread for PSC appointments but it has been locked since we moved to the new service.

this is so stressful and unfair to me and those that actually r waiting for months and no answer regardless of paying 3k and above .

Some of us have written to our respective MPs - to mixed results (mostly disappointing I suppose!)
I wonder what people think of writing to the shadow Home Secretary. She likes to make noise
and I am sure she will relish a chance to show how incompetent the government has been in implementing the new system. Might just be the kick UKVI need to get going

Super Priority, Appointment on the 4th Dec
Tier 2 —> Tier 2 (change of employer)
Nothing heard yet (not even generic emails)
Last escalation was 18th Dec
Called today and was told to wait until 2nd Jan
