Tier 1 Entrepreneur - 2 workers 2 years?

Dear all,

I'm currently planning to move UK by Tier 1 Entrepreneur Immigration Plan.

May i know the requirement - 2 workers 2 years employment can be completed in first 3.5 years? (then remain 1.5 years do not employ any workers)

Or it is a must to have 1 year employment in first 3.5 years and 1 year in second 1.5 years?

You need to have two jobs of 12 months each for extension (after 3 years) and again 2 jobs for 12 months each in the each extension period.
