German citizen (Sponsor) and Nepalese (Spouse) living in U.K. intend to sponsor dependant parents of Non-EU spouse on EEA FP.
The EEA citizen has been financially supporting parents of Non EU spouse from November 2017 to November 2018. (Bi monthly money transfers to parents). However, starting from August 2018 to date the EEA citizen is on maternity leave, receiving SMP, Universal credit and child benefit!
In the above scenario, could the dependent parents of Nepalese citizen be successfully brought to U.K. ? (Will receiving public benefits have any adverse impact on EEA FP application?)
If receiving public benefits have any adverse impact on dependency proposition of parents, should the sponsor discontinue some benefits and apply for FP afterwards?
Your advice is much appreciated! Many thanks!
