Hi,

I am a non EEA national, I have applied for a EEA PR on a basis of durable relationship. I have requested my travel document back, which i received along with a letter stated that if I wish to travel outside the UK upon my return I will need to apply for a EEA permit to enter the UK?

I do not understand, my current EEA card is still valid. has anyone, non EEA national had travel outside the UK with a valid EEA card whilst they application is being considered re-entered the UK with no issue ?

I received, my bio letter and COA already within a month of applying. Application sent the 12/10/2018

Hi..Could you post picture of Home Office letter which mentions about applying FP? You could hide your personal details before posting picture link.
Alternatively, could you copy/paste text from HO letter? This will let viewers understand in context and reply accordingly!

They send this letter to all non eu requesting passport back irrespective of what visa they hold.
Nothing to worry.
