Immigration URGENTY needed

Post by StarM » Sun May 25, 2008 8:03 pm

Hi,

I need some urgent advice please. Couple of years ago I made a sponsor application for my uncle living in Pakistan to arrive to UK on Visa for 6 months. Initially application was rejected but it was accepted after appeal.

My uncle came to UK and went back within 6 months. Now he is coming for 3rd time, not sure how as I have not made any further sponsorship application for him. My brother told me that possibly he is making a sponsorship letter up, forging my signature and providing that to Immigration for a Visa. Now I am abit worried that if he has made up a sponsorship letter and if he does not go after 6 months, will I be affected in anyway?

Can anyone help me please?

Many thanks

if you only sponsored him for the 1st visit then who sponsored him for the 2nd (as this is his 3rd)? did you not ask him on the 2nd visit? why not ask him now who is sponsoring him now? maybe another member of the family is?

as far as i am aware, islamabad still requires to see all documentation on each subsequent application, not just a sponosrhip letter. i have heard rumours that "my uncle this and my auntie that" only had to submit their passports without supporting documents but i dont think this is the case. i can't see islamabad giving out visas willy nilly, especially in the current climate.

i suspect that another person is sponsoring him.

on a slightly connected note, i have in the last few years sponsored 3 relatives and on each application the original documents have not been returned, with islamabad saying they were returned and gerrys fedex stating that islamabad hold on to them. i have my reservations about what happens to these documents....are they disappearing between islamabad and gerrys offices??????
