Interview?

Post by yaelhitch » Mon May 26, 2008 11:48 am

When my husbands spouse visa was refused i have bee going through the refusal letter and fidning laws that do not apply to him which basiclly means the ECO did not give us a fair chance.
In our application my husband requested a interview which i know many people have however he was given one. Did he have the right to an interview?
Also on the refusal letter they have put his nationality down as siera leone when he is guinean will that be good to put in the appeal?

much thanks yael
