Entrepreneur Dependent Question

Hi All,

My T 1 Entrepreneur extension is still with Home Offfice but In Dec 2018 i have completed my 10 Years in UK.

I got Dependents as well, They came to UK IN 2010 April but Visa got Stamped in Jan 2010.

My Question is.

1.If a take 10 Years Route, Dependent Cycle will resets on 5 year rule. will my Dependent be eligible in 10 Years route in April 2020, as they have been out of the UK More than 6 Months for 3 Times but before January 2018.

Or they have to be out of the uk only certain number of Day in 10 Year Rule ?

The absence requirement for 10 year route is different from the 5 year PBS route and was not affected by the Jan 2018 changes.

Absences of over 6 months always has and continues to reset the 10 year clock.
