Hi All,
I applied for Australian immigration last year and recieved the grant letter on 1st May 2008. I got married at the end of April and was not able to put my wife's name as a dependent in my application.
Now i need to apply for her visa seperately. I have some confusion. On the site they say that i need to fill out form 40SP and my wife needs to fill out the form 47SP. In 40SP, they ask me about the following
- My residential address in Australia
- My visit date to Australia
- Salary Letter from my employer (i dont have an employer in Australia).
As i have not even done the initial entry to Australia, how can i fill this information out. Secondly i am planning to move to Aussie somewhere around next year.
Secondly, they are asking to fill out the form 888. Which needs to be filled out by an australian citizen or a permanent resident. Unfortunately i dont know anyone who is either one of these things.
So i need some help in getting some clarification on the procedures.
Any help would be highly regarded.
