Bio metrics Enrollment

Hi All

I need help about my ILR Application (10 years) bio metrics enrollment which i did not received the request letter.
My 10 years completed on 29-10-18. I submit my ILR Application on 02-11-18 by post. but at that time my previous entrepreneur Extension Application was pending with home office. which i varied with this ILR Application because my 10 years time completed.
Home office took the fee from my account on 15-11-18 and send the email to me on 20-11-18 which confirms that my application is being considered.
but after that till yet i did not received any bio metrics enrollment request letter. Which makes me worried because as far i know i should received with in 2 or 3 weeks time after submit the application. And its almost 2 months now no update.
can any one help me what i need to do on this stage plz. And is it normal or not ?

Contact UKVI via appointmentexceptions@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and explain that you have not received the biometric letter yet

Thanks a lot Zimba i did send the email to them and explained all my situation. And now waiting for reply. I hope they will reply me soon. thanks for your help.
