Applying for settle status in april 2019

Post by Phone » Wed Jan 02, 2019 11:02 pm

Hello.

I will be applying for my settle status in apr 2019, but I relaised just now, for my joint bank account I am showing on my new address, and my wife on old address... she is in france because I am expecting my third baby, she will be back in uk by april 7 .2019..

However, my council tax, all my bills are together for new address.. I bought my new home in october 2018.. even with our payslips its our new address...just with bank, they want my wife to come physically to change her address..

Please guide me on this issue....

My french wife has been working since apr 2012, to may 2015, then from 2016 sep to present..
I am pakistani national, with 5 year non eea permit valid until march 2020.. ..
We only take child benefit nothing else, do I qualify for settle status or pre settle status, also advise me should I go for expensive solictor to do our appliction or we do it our selfes...

Please guide me ... some people will also recognise mw on this forum.

Its a great forum..... and thank you to all

Have you reviewed https://www.gov.uk/settled-status-eu-citizens-families?
Settled status applications are online only. A solicitor can't do any more than you yourselves.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
