Hello, this is my story. I came to the UK in 2009 at age 17 as a dependent on my dad who was married to a British citizen. I came on a residential visa. I left home after my 18th birthday due to a situation i had no claim to public funds or assistance as i was now an adult. I had been fending for myself since then with help from friends. My visa ran out and i was unaware and had no understanding of these legal situations. I tried applying with my EU Partner a few years later which was refused, the relationship later ended. I reapplied a year later as i had no money and i was previously being mislead by a lawyer to appeal under false claims, which i did not do. This new application was made under human rights, i am not married or in a relationship nor do i have any children. This application was refused an requested that i leave the country. My father and adult life is here in the UK. The reasons for refusal was very blunt and unfair, they basically told me i had no human rights. I have no one and nothing to go back home to. Please any kind of help, suggestions or advice will be greatly appreciated.
