Tier 2 General - PBS Dependent

Hello !!

I am staying in UK on Tier 2 General with A-rated sponsor and need to bring my wife from India on Tier 2 General - PBS dependent visa. Few questions if you guys can help with.

1. What all documents are required to be submitted as evidence?

2. My employer will not be sponsoring my wife. I would be sponsoring my wife. What documents, letter, proof, etc are required to meet this requirement?

3. She just needs to submit bank statement with balance exceeding 630 pounds for recent 90 days period to prove maintenance of funds requirement? Is there any other requirement?

4. I live with my sister and brother in law in London, and will be renting a place once my wife comes in. Is rental agreement necessary to have? Also, visa form requires accomodation details to be filled for my wife. Can she enter my sister's name as rental agreement is in her name where we stay.

5. I need to book an appointment for Feb mid month, can i pay the fees and book it now 35 days in advance, or VFS takes booking only for current period i.e.1-2 weeks. Is there any timeline?

6. Proof like bank statement, payslip, etc. need t be recent? I read on Uk Gov website that documents need to be latest of 30 days from date of application.
