Relocation to the UK(About to marry an EA)

Hello Everyone.
I am Janet by name from Ghana and have an eight year old daughter. We both have a 2yrs tourist visa to the UK and in the course of our travel,I met a Greek guy resident in the UK and got engaged this Xmas holiday. We intend to get married in March so as to start planning towards our been with him in the UK permanently. The advice I seek are
1-with my tourist visa,can I get married to him in the UK or is it better he comes to Ghana to marry me?
2- if we are married in the UK, can he file in for me to remain back here?
3-if we are married in Ghana,will I be the one or him to file in for me to come join him?
4- what type of visa will be best to apply for once married and the requirements for the application to be successful
5-will he need to adopt my daughter for I and her to relocate?

No, you are unable to marry in the UK on a visit visa.

Family Permit.

No. She can apply on the same form as you.
