Tier 2 ICT Main applicant to ICT dependent after 5 yrs

Dear experts,
Myself and my wife both are ICT Main applicants working for different companies. My 5 years Ict will complete by Nov 2021 and she will complete her ICT 5 years in May 2023.
Can i become her ICT dependent after 5 years or do i need to serve my 1 yr cooling period in the home counrty?

You can apply for PBS dependent without any cooling period.
