EEA National in UK, Parents Permananet Residence Option

Hello experts,
I am Austrian national and residing in UK from last 10 years. I want to apply permanent residency for my parents, currently resident of India. Is it possible to apply for permanent residence for my parents based on EEA nationality? If yes, can you please let me know the visa category?

My parents are in UK on visitor visa.

Have you acquired PR status in the UK yourself?

Not Permanent Residence, but you can apply for your parents to reside with you in the UK if you can prove that they are financially dependent on you (regular bank transfers to them and proof that they use that for their basic needs).

Then after five years of residing in the UK, they can apply for settled status (the equivalent of PR after Brexit).
