New Company after Entrepreneur extension

Hello guys,

I have received the extension recently and planning ahead of the ILR.

Our company was a product based company and some company is interested in buying it. And the other directors are interested and the my visa is the issue.

i'm thinking of staring of a new company. Is it possible for me to apply for ILR using a new company?

If yes do I need to invest all the money again in the new company as well? (As I have showed all the evidence with the old company for investment and got the extension)

Yes, you can start a new company and no, you don't have to invest again.

So just to clarify the document list again,

2 Job Creation Documents (FPS + Pay-slips)
Business bank Statements
Tax registration (CT41G)
Current Director Appointment
Life in the UK Test Results 
UK Degree Certificate

Is that enough? or do I need to sed previous director loan agreements etc as I already sent them earlier?

That seems correct.

UK degree cert is also optional.
