I am 26 can I still be considered a new entrant

Post by Vpvj » Fri Jan 18, 2019 10:14 am

Hello all!

I can to UK on a tier 4 and then got switched to tier 2 last year and now will be changing sponsor for another tier 2 application initially I was being paid under the new entrant bracket at the moment I am 26 and I would be 26 when applying for the tier 2 visa with a new Cos will I need to be paid an experienced pay or I can still be paid a new entrant salary as my new CoS will most likely be for one year. And that would total to 2 years in total under tier 2. Can I still be considered a new entrant?
