Each person needs to make an individual application. Best if the EU sponsor applies first, that way you can include their application number when you apply, and this way both applications are linked. This is the general recommendation from the Home Office. I do not know of any restriction to apply within the UK, in theory, if they have a last generation Android phone, or can borrow one, and can download the app they can apply in France. Anyone can confirm?
Also, my schiegian visa is valid unt 11.3.19,,, when can I apply for new schieagian visa....
