Help! Self employed visa application accountant

Post by Hsad » Wed Jan 23, 2019 10:56 pm

Hi there,

Firstly, apologies if this question has been raised elsewhere, I wasn’t able to find it.

I’m wondering whether someone could help me. I’m applying for a spouse visa and i’m currently working as a contractor for a large bank. I’m self employed and working as a limited company as the only director.

I understand that i need to complete the the relevant details/information on the finance form, however i’m wondering whether changing my current accountant (company address is accountants address) to another accountant would cause any significant issues? There’s technically nothing on the form stating this isn’t allowed, but before i pursue i wanted to make sure.

Also, for those curious as to why i want to change accountants. These particular accountants that i’m using though a large organisation i and many others have not had the greatest of experience. Especially as i’m a small business.

Any help would be appreciated

Kind regards

H
