Matter of urgend EEA Family permit incorrect

Dear People,

I have got such a big Problem.

Friday returned my passport from TLS Center Duesseldorf. I actually found my EEA Family permit inside and booked immediately flights and Hotelroom for me and my wife (EEA national- Germany).

As I saw later, my EEA Family permit is incorrect. It says its to accompany my mother in law. There is her Name written in my family permit even though I applied to accompany my wife.

I cant even imagine how this could happen because her name isn‘t even mentioned in my application and this was the first time I applied for a EEA Family permit. The only document containing her name is our rental contract which we copyied for enclosure.

Now I cant reach someone responsible, E-Mail contact costs around 6€ and a telephone call is even more expensive.

Nevertheless I tried to contact them my mailing but they did not want to accept my credit card.

If I cant find a solution inside next week, there are cerca 500€ wasted cause my mother in law wont and cant travel with us.

I hope some of you have ideas what to do now or can give some contact Information, I would also contact a judge if I knew which one and how to reach him.
