EEA Family Permit - Brexit - EEA in UK - Cyprus Application

Greetings.

Arguably there is a lot of information about the EEA Family Permit (EEA FP) on the forum, maybe for my questions there are already answers, if so could you please comment the appropriate topic? Me and my fiance have quite an incredible story. I am German EEA citizen living in the UK and met my future wife in Indonesia during the, long story short we connected on every level and we decided to continue to join our destinies, and eventually move to the UK.

Background: German, EEA citizen, living in the UK since 2017, working as an engineer, self-employed making over 60k/year, for the past two years.

Fiance: Living in Russia, has never traveled into the EU, she is a Manager, has an establish career, owns property and she is well off, we both are.

Our plan is to get married in Cyprus on the 6th of April, we have chosen Cyprus because there is no need for visa for Russian citizens to get married there. We have everything planned, family is going to join and we are coordinating with authorities to get the documents as soon as possible.

1. Can you please advise what is the normal process of the EEA FP? Is there an online application? Do we have to submit the proof online or create a physical file for the Cyprus British Embassy?

2. How long does the usual process takes? Can we just show up with the documents and have the passport stamped? We only have 5 working days after the marriage to sort everything out, what is your opinion, do we have enough time?

3. After the passport is stamped she will return back to Russia, can she travel back to the UK without me? Will we be able to apply for the residency card when she will be here?
