Sponsorship Letter format

Hi guys

I m new to this and is the first time I am handling my application on my own as till now my sponsor company legal department was handling everything for me. I came to UK on student visa -> PSW ->got Tier2 visa in Mar'14 sponsor for last 5 year.

I am soon due to apply for ILR for me and my wife. I was wondering if anyone can help out with the following:-

1- List of document
2-Format letter from the company which proves that I am employed and have sponsorship from them.

or if you can help me with the link where i can find relevant information.

Any kind of info will be helpful.
