Extension or renewal of visitor visa beyond 6 months

Post by Anunag » Fri Feb 15, 2019 1:39 pm

Hi,
My parents are with us and their visitor visa for the 6 months will expire soon.

Is there anyway we can get it extended for 6 more months? Can we do it from the UK?

If they go back to Inida for a few weeks and again apply, will they get the visitor visa again for 6 months?

Not simply for the reason they want to stay a bit longer. See the official guidance in the link below:
https://www.gov.uk/standard-visitor-vis ... -your-visa

Regarding returning to the UK, your parents shouldn't be spending more time in the UK in a 12 month rolling period than they are spending in their home country. How long did they request to stay in their original visitor visa application :?:
