Short term study visa UK refusal

Hello. I got refused for my short term study visa ( 6months) due to insufficient funds. Is it possible that I can apply again changing my guardian who can prove that he is willing to fund me and has sufficient funds?
Do you think it would cause a problem that I ve changed my guardian?
