Refunds from home office due to late response (after paying for 24 hour decision)

Hi, it appears a lot of us have received their responses in a belated way and were promised refunds, which they are now awaiting.

Has anyone received this promise refund as of yet? Does anyone have useful suggestions as to how to approach this matter successfully?
