Tier 2 ICT - high earner questions

Hi,

I’ve been on a Tier 2 ICT visa since November 2014. The 5 years on my visa expire in November 2019.

Due to good performance and growth within my company, I’m expecting my gross salary to exceed £120k sometime this year.

1. Will I be able to extend my leave to stay for another 4 years, as the Tier 2 guidance seems to suggest? If yes, what would be the process?

2. Will the 12 month cooling off period apply to me if I want to apply for another Tier 2 ICT visa after the current one expires (either in November 2019 or after 4 years)?

3. Will the cooling off period of 12 months apply if I want to apply for a Tier 2 general visa after my current visa expires?
