Isle of Man Tier 2 Visa

Good day,

I am a nurse (non-EEA) currently working in mainland UK, whose first tier 2 visa will expire in the end of 2019. I am wondering if there is anyone here who has initially worked in mainland UK and decided to transfer/move/relocate to the Isle of Man, and if their employer paid/sponsored their move?

Looking to find other people who have changed employers from Mainland UK to the Isle of Man. Thank you!
