PBS dependent ILR application

Post by nasirz » Sun Mar 31, 2019 12:13 am

Hi Guru's
I received my ILR june 2018 and am planning to appear for BC this year. My question is regarding my daughter .
She first entered UK on 6th April 2014.
As per rules for PBS dependent there is no calculation of period of absence for Visa and extension of leave granted before 11jan 2018.My Questions are
1. She was outside in 2014 for 174 days and 44days.After that her absences are not significant and no absences since September 2016. My question is ,does she have enter these absences while applying for ILR . Her age is more than 18 years now.
2. Hopefully if she is granted ILR can she apply for BC immediately once I receive my citizenship.
I will appreciate your guidance for this
Kind Regards
Nasir

No

No. She has to hold ILR for a year and then naturalise as an adult
