Hi
I am asking this question for my friend who is super confused about transitional arrangement because of some of his genius friends.
He got initial visa on feb 2014 so he is covered under transitional arrangements.
His extension was approved in July 2017.
Now he is applying ILR tier 1 entrepreneur 5 years route.
Is he covered under transitional arrangement?
Shall he need to show 3120 hours or 2 jobs which existed for 1 year?
Transitional arrangement is ending on 5th April?
He had 5 part time employees who have done more than 5000 hours in last 20 months. Is it ok?
Please respond.

Transitional arrangements end on 6th April 2019. Apply before that to benefit from it.
If you apply after on/after 6th April 2019, you need 2 FT jobs that existed 12 months each after extension.
Note: Jobs not employees

Thanks for reply. Do you have old policy guidance?
New policy guidance is full of confusion. It says nothing about transitional arrangement.

Yes because transitional arrangements are ending on 6th April 2019. The guidance before 29th March 2019 said it so I would think it stays the same even it the new guidance dont mention it.

Transitional arrangements will remain in place until 5 April 2019. The fact that new guidance does not mention it is irrelevant.
