Sending documents to Sheffield for jamaican applicants

So im abit annoyed right now to know when my husband submitted his passport at the VAC Kingston on 29.3.19 he had 2 letters stating the sponsor needs to post documents to Sheffield. Therefore that is what we did special delivery, only to keep tracking it and it says address not in use, letter to be sent back to sender. So I called the advice line and the customer representative has told me all documents need to be scanned at VACs. So now I need to wait for them to deliver it back to me and pay £75 at the VAC London. What a waste of precious time. So beware!
