PBS Dependant 180 days absence for ILR

Post by ram4 » Mon Apr 15, 2019 10:00 am

Hi,

I need advice to check my wife eligibility for applying to ILR.
I got my ILR through Tier 2 General Route ( spent in UK for 4 years and moved to isle of man for a year)

My wife got PBS Dependent visa
Initial Visa :: JUNE 2016
Extension :: APRIL 2017 in UK (extension for up to 3 years valid until APRIL 2020) and in
December 2018 visa changed to Isle of Man worker migrant same as PBS dependent
visa up to APRIL 2020 but not an extension

My question is

1. She spent outside UK exceeding 180 days rule from MAY 2018 to DECEMBER 2018 due to health issue.Is absence rule apply for her?
2. If it is applied what is the visa she has to change as I got ILR?

Any suggestions would be helpful
Thank you
