I have filled MN1 form and booked an appointment

i am confused regarding Parents consent

Please advise

Sopra Steria system Asking in Documents Section

Proof of Mrs ******* parental responsibility for Miss ********., Proof of Mr *******parental responsibility for Miss ********., Miss ********' birth certificate (showing details of both parents), Miss ******'s parents' marriage certificate



Baby is born here
both Parents married and living together.
Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificate are enough to prove Parental responsibility?

Child Passport
Child BRP
Child ID Card

Father BRP ( Indefinite Leave to Remain)
Marriage Certificate
Birth Certificate

Consent from Parents
2 Referee Declaration

Docs list ok ?
