What is the impact of speeding offence in the UK, on Tier 2 application submitted outside the UK

Post by Anu111 » Tue Apr 23, 2019 1:44 pm

Hello,
I have a speeding offence which resulted the driving record endorsed with 6 points (able to apply for a provisional license immediately) and 120 pounds of fine. Decisions were made by the court early this month. This happened in 2018 Sep while I was in the UK, no damages or people involved.
Now I am going to submit an out of country application for a Tier 2 (general) shortage occupancy.
What is the impact of the offence on the application. Will I be refused under the general ground of refusal?
Could you please give me your concerns. Many thanks.
