Tier 2 general visa extension with COS approval delay

Hi ,

i am currently on a tier 2 general visa with my visa validity expired on 14 April. my company has applied for annual cos on 1st week on march with the expectation it will be approved by 1 week of April. since the approval did not happen until 11th April. my company paid priority service fees to get the cos of one person immediately since we had only 4 days left. The priority service did not go through since the cos request with case worker. we are currently on the 14 days grace period, with no out come from home office. we are not sure what should be done next. My Company is ready to allocate a cos once it is approved , we dont have any timeline on when the cos will be approved.my company is also in touch with businesshelpdesk team to get the update . the visa process include me and my family with one kid .
