Apply for long residence as normal. Attach a covering letter for your intentions to vary
2. Do i have to vary all dependants to FLR(M) . It has to be the same day or else once i granted ilr.
This is recommended. You must include covering letter telling UKVI to hold these applications until your ILR is processed
3. Is tier 1 ent dependant allowed to work.
Yes
4. Which english test he has to do.. is it A1 or A2.
Min A1 for initial and later it is min A2 for later extensions. Suggest to aim for A2
5. I have 3 children ..2 born in back home and one in uk...is it ok if i dont apply for my children.
You must apply for your children if they already hold visas. Child born in the UK does not need a visa unless he/she travels
