Dear All,
In 2018 August i got Tier 2 visa extended for the employer i worked till February 2019. Extended because my previous Tier 2 from 2015 has expired. It is my 3rd year and 8th month living on Tier 2 in the UK.
I found another job in April 2019 but they don't have license so I am waiting for my new employer to get license and CoS for me to switch. I still haven't got my cumulative letter from HO and not working from February 2019 until.
I wonder if my new employer has to pay immigration skills surcharge?
Will i have to pay NHS surcharge again when applying for a new visa for a new employer inside the UK?
I have already paid three year charge when i extended visa in August 2018. That visa is valid until 2021, but as i understand it will be cancelled and new visa for my new employer will be issued. Can i get refund for the payment i made in 2018. I paid for three years but i wont use that visa for full three years hence two years of NHS surcharge i would expect to be returned to me.
Thank you!
