I have been living in the UK since 2016 on a long term ICT work permit. Recently my 3 year visa got expired and had it extended for another year from my sponsor IT company.
Among the HMRC documents sent along the passport and BRP could see that there is section at the bottom of second page 'Can I change sponsor ?' stating that if we wish to change the sponsor fresh application need to be submitted 3 months before start of new job and no mention of cool-off period.
I looked over the internet and HMRC site and couldn't see recent change in the rules.
Am I missing something or we it is possible to change sponsor companies on Tier 2 ICT.
