Hi I have a question about visit visa of my brother in law .My brother in law applied for family visit visa from Pakistan.His application was refused and in refusal letter all the reasons were not matching with the provided evidence even not with the application form.They said its visit for 10 days while we applied for 5 weeks.The date and purpose of visit were also wrong in refusal letter.His business detail bank statement detail even bank name was different from provided bank statement.Also we as sponsers provided to many supportive documents but there was not a single word about us.Its look like our documents were changed with someone else to the visa officer.Or any other reason may be.Now please advice what should we do to mention all that mistakes in refusal letter.We have all documentry evidences.Also please provide any advice or template of pre action protocol letter if it is right way in our case.
