I am a British citizen and sponsored unmarried partner visa 2 years back. My Partner secured ILR abased on 10 years continuous status in Jan this year. Our relationship broke in March 2019. After breaking the relationship, my partner married someone as per wishes of her parents.

May I know if we have to inform home office about the relationship break down inspire of she not being on a dependent visa (visa at the time of marriage is ILR) at the time of her marriage.

Does it any way impact if I have to marry and bring my partner from India to UK?

No requirement to notify the Home Office as your partner was no longer under immigration control. By 'bring your partner from India', I assume you mean your wife?
