Section 120 for refused asylum seeker

Post by ammarbaker » Sat May 25, 2019 10:30 pm

I'm not sure if I'm in the right section, I'm asylum seeker living with my family, my situation is refused since 7 years, today I've received a letter from the home office about section 120, asked me if I have reasons to stay in the UK, submit it soon, can you please explain what's going on?
Thanks

You are unlawfully staying in the UK. If you do not have a reason why you must be in the Uk you could be subject to removal and deportation
