PBS Tier 2 Dependant Refused

Hi i hope you could help.

1. My wife’s visa application as tier 2 PBS dependant got refused for the reason being that there were not enough maintaining balance on her account

However i have submitted my bank statements with more than enough money on it and its been there for more than 90 days on my account.

Do we have a chance on this matter? Do i not have a right as her husband to prove that we have more than enough funds in the bank.

on the refusal letter it did not acknowledge my bank statements.

2. i went ahead and emailed the administrative review form to their website admin review something explaining our thoughts about the funds. to be honest i did not know what to do next since we were so sad we got denied.

did i do the right thing emailing them the admin review form? i went thru the website yesterday and there is a section where you have to apply for it and went ahead and did it also since our 28 days timeframe is nearing. which one is correct?

i am now on the process of sending thru mail this admin review form to the nearest vfs global where we applied ( i dont know if this one is the right one or not) everything in the site is confusing.

I might not able to answer your question but i am also in process to apply for my wife's visa under Tier-2 Shortage occupation.
how much does it cost and what is website link to apply... Because
1. Visa for UK is not allowing me to pick up sub category.
2. https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general is telling visa fees as £464 each person but by applying from https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... /dependant.. asking me to pay 144000 INR (~£1,640)..

am bit confused here... could you share some light on the website you choose and how much paid as visa fees..?
