Visa fees for Tier-2 General (Shortage Occupation)

Hi,
I have arrived in UK in Feb 2019 on Tier-2 General (Short Occupation) visa router and now applying for my wife's dependent visa /
I am bit confused with fees here
1. https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general - is telling visa fees as £464 each dependent and but when my wife applying from https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... /dependant.. It is asking me to pay 144000 INR (~£1,640) as visa fees.. I have not reached next step... but it may charge me extra for IHS fees as well..

2. for my own T2 -5 Years application I paid ~85000 + IHS Charges- 400*5=£2000.

am bit confused with dependent visa fees.. is any body applied recently and aware about this or I am doing some silly mistake in application?

You might be selecting wrong option in drop down list. You have options like Tier 2 General 3 or 5 years. Tier 2 General Shortage occupation 3 or 5 years.

Try to select right option.
